📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Order Quality within Fulfillment • Drive iterative and new product ideas from discovery through scaled launch • Partner with design and research to understand customer and shopper needs • Apply understanding of in-store retail shopping experiences • Define success metrics and run A/B and multivariate testing programs • Improve engagement, conversion, and retention outcomes • Collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams • Deliver responsibly built features at scale while balancing speed, quality, and compliance • Align stakeholders, communicate tradeoffs and decisions, and prioritize for customer and business impact • Define shopper and customer flows using AI and LLM technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience • Experience ideally within operationally complex physical environments • Experience building products end-to-end, from early concept through scaled delivery • Strong data literacy and analytical rigor • Ability to prioritize using data and make sound tradeoffs • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority • Deep understanding of shopper and customer experience • Accountability for customer and commercial outcomes • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in evolving environments while maintaining high standards • Candidates must be based in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia, Canada
