📋 Description

• Own the roadmap and reporting strategy for Analyze within Ignite • Lead domain ownership for Ignite reporting across customer-facing and internal business process reporting • Capture, prioritize, and consistently deliver reporting requirements • Partner with Billing, Membership and Operations to design, build, and ship reports and dashboards • Align roadmaps across Insights domains with other Insights Product Managers • Translate ambiguous reporting requests into clear, scoped engineering requirements • Define success metrics for Ignite Analyze reporting and track progress • Represent the Ignite domain in Insights-wide planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with reporting, analytics, or BI products • Strong technical fluency with data, including reading SQL, data models, and ETL/BI workflows • Experience owning a specific product domain within a larger platform • Experience balancing domain-specific needs against broader platform priorities • Ability to turn ambiguous, non-templated requests into buildable requirements • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Clear communication skills and sound judgment • Nice to have: experience with gym management platforms or comparable vertical SaaS product suites • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Power BI, Domo, Looker, ReportCaster, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, or Synapse • Nice to have: experience in fitness, wellness, or health club SaaS • Nice to have: track record of building reusable reporting patterns • Nice to have: experience partnering with other PMs on a shared platform roadmap
