📋 Description

• Own recruiting for hourly technicians staffing an upcoming client facility launch • Source and build candidate pipelines ahead of the facility opening • Manage requisitions and candidates in Rippling • Run sourcing through Indeed • Screen candidates and conduct the full interview process for owned requisitions • Extend, negotiate, and close offers within approved parameters • Coordinate handoff to HR for background checks, credentialing, and onboarding • Report pipeline health and staffing progress directly to the VP of Talent • Support on-site launch activity through occasional travel

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or sales • A bachelor’s degree • Comfort owning a full search from sourcing through closing with minimal oversight • Authorization to work in the United States • Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Indeed • Experience recruiting for hourly or frontline roles • Track record in a target-driven recruiting or sales environment • Ability to work standard business hours in any U.S. time zone • Extensive video calls, phone screens, reading, and typing
