• Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage by phone • Present renewal commercial accounts to clients • Cross-sell new business leads • Handle higher-level commercial accounts • Explain coverage, claims, policy changes, and related matters • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within a retail brokerage or independent insurance agency • Active Property & Casualty license • Experience with Insurance Agency Management Systems • In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures • Real estate, habitational or multi-location property experience strongly preferred • Candidates must reside in California
