📋 Description
• Run full-cycle recruitment for startup clients across a variety of functions and levels • Build sourcing strategies tailored to each role • Manage client relationships with warmth and clarity • Deliver positive candidate experiences, including for candidates not selected • Use AI tools and modern recruiting technology in everyday workflows • Share recruiting technology learnings with the team • Juggle multiple active searches and shifting priorities while maintaining quality • Own searches end-to-end from intake to offer close
🎯 Requirements
• Recruitment experience as a generalist, comfortable moving across functions • Hands-on sourcing track record • Comfort with AI tools and recruiting technology • Willingness to keep learning what's next • Strong verbal and written communication • Based in Ontario • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
