📋 Description
• Own the full post-sale client relationship across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts • Develop and deliver consultative engagement strategies for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts • Act as the voice of the client to Product and Engineering • Maintain deep visibility into account health, usage patterns, and contract timelines • Lead and support client implementations and onboarding
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in a SaaS environment • Direct experience at or serving real estate firms • Technical proficiency in navigating complex software configurations and integrations • Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify upsell opportunities • Highly organized self-starter with experience with CRM and support ticketing systems
