📋 Description

• Improve the reliability, quality, and performance of game titles on Intel products • Engage with independent software developers to integrate features, resolve technical issues, and apply Intel hardware development best practices • Collaborate with driver, feature development, and hardware teams to resolve issues and improve performance and quality • Represent developers' requests for future hardware and software development • Debug and optimize game code, game engines, graphics and compute shaders, APIs, feature integrations, and tools • Drive feature integrations and support profiling, debugging, and graphics optimization tools • Develop documentation and materials promoting best practices for Intel hardware • Represent Intel at game developer conferences through technical discussions and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field • 5+ years working on game technologies for GPU and/or CPU • Experience with modern game engine architecture, rendering pipelines, techniques, and technologies • Experience with Windows profiling tools including PIX, WPA, or GPUView • Programming in HLSL and C/C++ development • Experience using DirectX 12 or an equivalent explicit graphics API • Experience reporting reproducible bugs and following them through resolution • Working knowledge of Vulkan, GLSL, Nsight, Windows architecture, and x86 architecture • Understanding of the game development lifecycle • Experience creating and productizing new technologies and tools • Experience optimizing Unreal Engine • Experience with RenderDoc • Must live and work from the United States; remote work from another country is not permitted
