• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in partnership with the field sales team • Provide proactive back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams for specific assigned accounts • Work directly with end customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design related inquiries • Manage escalation or exception requests on customer orders placed through distributors • Coordinate sample requests and new product introduction (NPI) support • Work with customers and distributors to collect, enter, and analyze demand signals • Maintain accurate design registration for DDC and opportunity data in the CRM system • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Management, Business Operations, and Legal on contract/special agreement
• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related working experience • People skills (teamwork, conciseness, working independently) and good business acumen • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment either independently or in a team • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audience • Understanding of FPGA sales process is an advantage
