• Drive Territory Sales: Sell company products and services within an assigned geographic area or market segment, consistently working to meet and exceed sales targets. • Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advisor. • Qualify and Advance Leads: Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to evaluate inbound and outbound leads, ensuring high-quality opportunities are moved through the pipeline effectively. • Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and deliver tailored value propositions that highlight the advantages of our offerings. • Deliver Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate product capabilities, ensuring alignment with client goals and use cases. • Support the Sales Process: Partner with Sales Executives to coordinate quoting, proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations. • Develop Sales Materials: Create customized presentations and proposals that clearly communicate our solutions’ value. • Ensure Post-Sale Success: Work with internal teams to transition clients smoothly into implementation, maintaining communication throughout onboarding. • Track and Optimize Performance: Monitor activity, engagement, and conversion metrics to continuously refine your sales approach. • Stay Industry-Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare platforms like InteliChart, PointClickCare, and AthenaOne to support sales strategies and client conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • 2+ years of sales experience in ambulatory and/or post-acute healthcare markets • 1+ year of experience in sales support, quoting, or operations • Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong client focus with exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence decision-makers, drive business outcomes, and adjust priorities in dynamic settings • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota • Resilient and commercially aware, keeping up with industry trends and competitor offerings
