📋 Description

• Co-create and break down team objectives in alignment with the TMS team and Intelipost; • Collaborate across disciplines to find and implement effective solutions; • Maintain a balance between speed and quality, managing technical debt; • Prioritize outcomes over technical preferences, reinforcing team autonomy; • Participate in team routines, monitor metrics and propose improvements; • Develop, implement, and maintain effective and innovative software; • Ask for and provide feedback, manage expectations, and focus on self-development.

• Eagerness to work full-stack according to the team’s needs; • Experience making technical decisions based on data; • Demonstrated critical and pragmatic thinking; • Proven initiative to deepen business and technical understanding when necessary; • Knowledge of and good practices in software engineering, applying best practices and pursuing technical excellence; • Practical evidence of working across disciplines, collaborating, and contributing to collective work; • Experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem; • Experience with message brokers.
