📋 Description

• Complete a virtual paid training program and pass weekly tests • Serve as the primary contact for customers with utility service questions, including starting or stopping service, billing, and payment assistance • Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and guide customers through solutions • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across tools and platforms • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and escalate complex problems • Exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes • Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends • Work within defined operating hours, with weekend and holiday flexibility

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions and constant sedentary work • Computer/technology savvy, with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing customer service over the phone • Superb attendance • High-speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router; 50 Mbps download and 35 Mbps upload speed • WiFi must be turned off at all times • Windows Updates must be current • Private, distraction-free home workspace with the ability to close a door • Successful completion of virtual paid training and weekly tests • Completion of drug screen • Completion of background check • Completion of three internet speed tests submitted at different times of day • Completion of three photos of the work-at-home space • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
