⢠Design, deploy, and own a scalable commissioning and reliability playbook for complex, multi-technology clean energy campuses ⢠Stand up standardized commissioning frameworks, turnover protocols, and reliability architectures across the enterprise ⢠Develop, select, and deploy the enterprise commissioning management system across active and future projects ⢠Establish inspection, testing, and record frameworks, factory acceptance test standards, and turnover package protocols ⢠Author contractor commissioning exhibit standards for EPC agreements and vendor scopes ⢠Design the enterprise reliability strategy using Reliability-Centered Maintenance and root-cause analysis ⢠Lead selection and implementation of the enterprise CMMS, integrating telemetry, SCADA, and asset management software ⢠Use reliability software to model asset lifecycles, mitigate single points of failure, and optimize availability ⢠Staff, mentor, and direct a commissioning and reliability organization ⢠Serve as technical authority during high-voltage energization and islanded microgrid commissioning ⢠Direct OEM interface protocols and operator qualification programs ⢠Collaborate across Construction, Engineering, and Operations to transition projects into long-term commercial operations
⢠Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field ⢠12+ years executing complex commissioning and reliability programs for high-voltage infrastructure, utility-scale power assets, or mission-critical industrial facilities ⢠Proven experience building an enterprise-wide commissioning playbook and contractor standards from the ground up ⢠Deep technical command of high-voltage systems, SCADA, plant controls, and reliability software such as Isograph, ReliaSoft, or equivalent ⢠Extensive experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance, enterprise CMMS deployments, and ITR/turnover package standards ⢠Experience supporting complex multi-technology sites including solar, wind, BESS, and generation ⢠Decisive, systems-oriented leadership mindset for high-stakes, multi-project execution environments ⢠Uncompromising commitment to safety and operational excellence
