📋 Description

• Own a major area of Introhive’s AI-powered Relationship Intelligence product ecosystem • Define and execute the product roadmap for the assigned product area • Understand customer needs, pain points, workflows, data challenges, and business needs • Translate business strategy, customer insights, and market trends into actionable plans and success metrics • Lead a cross-functional squad of designers, engineers, and data scientists through discovery, definition, delivery, and adoption • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to sunset for key persona-based workflows • Balance competing priorities using customer value, business impact, and data evidence • Define KPIs, measure outcomes, and iterate to optimize usability, performance, and value delivery • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams on strategy and go-to-market execution • Partner with Product Marketing to position and launch new capabilities • Communicate roadmap rationale and connect product outcomes to customer and business goals • Mentor and coach junior team members • Influence product best practices and contribute to a data-driven, customer-focused product culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management • Preferably experience in SaaS or data/AI-driven products • Experience launching and scaling customer-facing products and capabilities that drive measurable customer and business growth • Relevant market experience in relationship intelligence, sales intelligence, CRM/data quality, martech, or another data-driven B2B SaaS market • Experience serving professional services or enterprise clients • Familiarity with how professional services, financial services, or consulting firms manage and act on client relationship data is a strong asset • Demonstrated success building clear, strategically aligned, user-driven roadmaps and priorities • Ability to translate complex workflows and data challenges into clear, intuitive user experiences • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Ability to influence across functions and at multiple levels • Analytical mindset and comfort making data- and experimentation-supported decisions • Passion for using technology to deepen human connection and improve relationship and revenue growth • Familiarity with CRM ecosystems, data enrichment platforms, or revenue intelligence solutions is an asset
