📋 Description

• Converse with advanced language models in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions • Challenge language models on labor-code compliance, workplace investigations, onboarding workflows, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and cross-border HR policies • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help train AI models using HR expertise and French-language knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems • Deep familiarity with HR practices in French-speaking regions • Experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to show your work • Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD signal fit • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field is ideal
