📋 Description

• Converse with language models in English and French on real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions • Verify factual accuracy and industry logic • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Challenge advanced language models on insurance, fraud detection, regulatory, and customer communication topics • Document model failure modes to improve reasoning • Help create high-quality training data for AI applications in financial literacy, risk analysis, claims automation, customer experience, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance expertise in underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, and risk management • Deep knowledge of insurance practices and regulations in French-speaking regions • Ability to address life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance • Knowledge of fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication • Fluency in French • Ability to converse in both English and French • Professional insurance certifications such as CPCU or AIC signal fit • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • Experience in the insurance industry signals fit • Master’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, actuarial science, or a closely related field is ideal
