📋 Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for assigned projects • Support financial tracking, actuals-versus-budget analysis, and forecasting • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and align dependencies with broader change management considerations • Collect and analyze project data to deliver timely status updates and KPI reporting to stakeholders • Coordinate cross-functional team meetings • Maintain governance standards and capture lessons learned • Optimize EPMO processes • Take end-to-end ownership of standard to moderately complex projects and drive business results aligned with performance, financial, and quality goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or project support roles (or a Master's degree) • Solid understanding and practical application of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies • Proficiency in analyzing project data, tracking KPIs, and supporting data-driven decision-making • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience collaborating across matrixed, cross-functional teams • Familiarity with digital collaboration and project management platforms, including Google Workspace and monday.com • PMP or CAPM certification is considered a distinct advantage
