ITAC is the Instituto de Trasplante y Alta Complejidad, a Buenos Aires–based medical institute specializing in organ transplants (renal, renal-pancreatic, liver, bone marrow) and other high-complexity treatments. It provides diagnostic imaging, cardiology, urology, bariatric and vascular surgery, diabetes care, and patient services including appointment booking and international patient support. The institute also conducts research and professional training, building on over 40 years of clinical experience.

📋 Description

• Support the delivery of workforce intelligence, reporting accuracy, and operational data integrity • Maintain dashboards, ensure data quality, and support anomaly detection • Prepare structured reporting outputs • Conduct routine data validation checks • Monitor data consistency, identify discrepancies, and collaborate to resolve data integrity issues • Assist in data gathering and comparative analysis during LMI vendor evaluation • Support staff with report interpretation and dashboard navigation

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education and/or certifications in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or alike • 3+ years of experience working in similar role • Microsoft Power BI and Excel • Strong knowledge of ‘future of work’ concepts and LMI • Creativity and ‘outside of the box’ thinking • Organization and time management skills; ability to perform independently in a remote work environment • Excellent communication skills • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
