• The Program Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the Career Ready program • Their contribution will be essential to the program's effectiveness and will contribute significantly to the prosperity of Canada's technology sector • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administrative aspects of grant application processes, providing stakeholder support, and delivering administrative assistance to the internal team • Participate in outreach activities, webinars, and events aimed at engaging stakeholders
• Completed post-secondary education; diploma or degree in business administration, project management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of experience in program administration, coordination, or a similar support role • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively • Excellent professional command of both French and English, spoken and written • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and experience in database management • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
