• Play a valuable role in supporting teams and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities • Ensure administrative coordination of the office and actively participate in continuous process improvement • Work closely with the appointments center to provide patients with a compassionate, attentive, and efficient experience • Maintain positive professional relationships with external partners, including the regional board (Régie régionale) and the MSSS • Requires travel to Nunavik
• College diploma (Diplôme d'études collégiales, DEC) in general administration, accounting and management techniques, office automation/administrative technologies, or another relevant collegiate discipline • Two (2) years of experience in the Health and Social Services Network in a similar position or other relevant experience • Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) • Strong knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Logibec eClinibase, Petal • General knowledge of the Quebec healthcare system (RAMQ, MSSS, etc.) • Adaptability, analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude
• Unpaid leave to work in a northern facility for up to 60 months
