📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for large, multifaceted healthcare manufacturing projects • Manage and guide multifunctional project teams and project/program managers • Manage and enhance customer relationships • Provide accountability for enterprise-level project budgets, schedules, performance, quality, scope, and costs • Gather, interpret, and translate program requirements and objectives for execution • Build teams and align program milestones, goals, and objectives with customer and stakeholder needs • Collaborate with customers from requirements gathering through product acceptance • Review project schedules and drive project tasks to completion • Develop integrated project plans, risk analyses, and mitigation action plans • Manage resource capacity, time tracking, financial management, and cost analysis • Forecast project budgets and labor needs • Monitor KPIs, project performance, milestones, variances, and corrective actions • Identify alternative solutions and best-cost opportunities through process and system improvements • Report project status, issues, solutions, evaluations, and assessments to stakeholders and leaders • Share best practices across Jabil facilities and drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and metrics management • Coach teams through difficult decision-making situations • Design and facilitate training for enterprise initiative implementation • Lead communication across diverse audiences and collaborate with communications, stakeholders, and management • Lead teams across regions and time zones and travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of work-related experience in project management or a related discipline • Minimum of 8 years of work-related experience in regulated industries • Adept at navigating country cultures, company divisions, and internal hierarchies • Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and email • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Celoxis, or Smartsheet • Ability to lead teams across different regions and time zones • Willingness to travel to different regions depending on program requirements • Ability to understand interdependencies across multiple sites and functional areas • Ability to comply with company security procedures
