⢠BS/A degree in Business or Technical field required ⢠5+ years of sales experience ⢠5+ years of sales experience in the electronic component industry required ⢠Technical knowledge sufficient to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate Hirose product solutions ⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ⢠Excellent project management skills ⢠Strong organizational skills ⢠Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards ⢠Excellent oral and written communication skills ⢠Ability to communicate clearly across different cultures ⢠Excellent presentation skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations ⢠Ability to resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner according to customer needs ⢠Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce ⢠Self-motivated with a positive attitude and great energy ⢠Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time ⢠Must navigate the assigned territory for ongoing in-person meetings, including possible long-distance travel ⢠Must adhere to normal business hours ⢠Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
