📋 Description

• Own free website checkup calls for clinic owners • Provide clear and actionable online-presence and SEO recommendations • Grow into running demos and intro calls for Jane Websites, Jane SEO, Social Plus, and Google Ads • Drive and nurture a high-volume pipeline of warm inbound leads in Close CRM • Follow up with leads and keep them engaged • Lead honest conversations about service value and cost • Identify and walk away from poor-fit prospects rather than pushing sales • Use Claude for call preparation, research, and follow-ups • Develop and experiment with projects over time

🎯 Requirements

• Real customer-facing experience in support, service, retail, hospitality, or an initial sales role • Confidence holding conversations with people met for the first time • Ability to explain technical concepts simply without oversimplifying them • Energy for high-volume days involving many calls and varied conversations • Comfort working without a fixed script • Ability to independently drive follow-ups and nurture leads • Coachability and ability to take feedback well • Self-direction after training • Ability to learn new tools quickly • Willingness to use Claude in day-to-day work from the start • Candidates must be currently living and working in Canada • Must be eligible to work in Canada without employer sponsorship • Allied health experience or personal connection is nice to have, but not required • Experience with a CRM such as Close, HubSpot, or Salesforce is requested in the application • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Whitespark, or the Detailed SEO extension is requested in the application • Comfort with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is requested in the application
