• Prospect and build new client relationships through outbound efforts. • Conduct discovery calls and understand client hiring needs. • Source, screen, and match candidates to open roles. • Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to offer. • Build and manage pipelines in CRM. • Leverage talent interactions to generate leads and referrals. • Maintain high-quality communication with clients and candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in full-desk recruiting or a combination of sales and recruiting roles. • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality. • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized and driven by goals.
