📋 Description

• Run the stage-gate process end to end, including gate criteria, required inputs, and go, kill and hold decisions • Prepare each gate review and document the outcome • Ensure projects complete formula lock, Nutrition Facts Panel sign-off and packaging freeze • Maintain one master timeline with project owners, milestones, risk levels and launch dates • Plan backward from retail resets, DTC launches and Amazon go-lives • Flag schedule slips and provide impact assessments and recovery plans • Select a single project management tool and retire the rest • Maintain formula versions, sample rounds and feedback in the project system • Run weekly product meetings, connect owner updates to the timeline, and send notes and actions within 24 hours • Lead monthly portfolio reviews with the Co-founder & CMO • Own the launch readiness checklist covering formula, nutrition panel, packaging, co-manufacturer run, inventory, sales sheet and marketing assets • Run cross-functional handoffs from formula lock to Commercialization, Operations, Sales and Marketing • Track co-manufacturer and flavor house deadlines, sample due dates, pilot runs and first production • Coordinate product launches across retail, DTC and Amazon • Partner with Product Strategy, Product Development, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance • Report to the Director of Product Strategy & Innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years leading commercialization, innovation or new product launches at a CPG food, beverage or supplement brand • Track record of launching SKUs through co-manufacturers, from brief to first production • Experience running stage-gate and portfolio review processes • Strong skills in a project platform such as Smartsheet, Monday, Asana or Notion, plus Excel • Ability to keep senior stakeholders accountable to deadlines through influence, calmly and constructively • Comfort with regular travel to co-manufacturers and HQ • Regular travel to co-manufacturers and Charleston, SC headquarters • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship • PMP certification is a bonus • Omnichannel launch experience across retail, DTC and Amazon is a bonus • Startup or high-growth environment experience is a bonus
