📋 Description

• Lead coordination of RFP and RFQ responses from kickoff through final delivery • Design and produce proposal and qualifications packages for prime-consultant and subconsultant engagements • Write, edit, and format project descriptions, resumes, and SF330 forms • Coordinate information among the Documents Team, internal technical teams, and external consultants • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager on RFP/RFQ response approaches • Maintain tracking matrices and indexes of marketing content • Maintain marketing collateral, including resumes, project descriptions, and project lists • Coordinate project photography and maintain the project image library • Manage annual resume updates • Update intranet content • Maintain business development and marketing contacts in the firmwide CRM • Co-lead Meltwater efforts, including Boolean searches and reporting profiles for lead generation and social/news tracking • Mentor junior marketing communications staff • Foster collaborative improvement in marketing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in a professional related environment • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Ability to produce clear, polished, client-ready proposal and marketing materials • Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent submissions under tight timelines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Entrepreneurial attitude and leadership skills in problem solving • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms such as Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, and Meltwater • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research and editorial work • Ability to ensure AI outputs are accurate, vetted, and consistent with firm standards • Understanding of JB&B core values • Proactive ownership of development and performance
