📋 Description
• Work with Account Executives to keep the Salesforce pipeline organized and current • Collaborate with the finance department for precise reporting • Track and monitor monthly revenue deadlines • Support Accounting for revenue recognition • Collaborate with teams to prepare RFP responses • Assist with contract negotiation • Manage client communication and inquiries • Coordinate client meetings and presentations • Manage client access to JD Power online platforms • Facilitate collaboration among the Sales, Product, and Solutions teams
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry • Demonstrate experience in customer service and account management • Analytical and problem-solving mind • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer focused • Effective time management • Negotiating skills • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred • Experience using Excel, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, PowerPoint
