📋 Description

• Provide end-user support for both onsite and offsite environments • Manage user accounts, including adding, removing, and updating group memberships and passwords • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve desktop issues for end-users, including remote support • Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software • Respond to incoming calls, tickets, and emails regarding technical issues • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for hardware and software setups • Provide support for Office 365 applications across PC, Apple, and mobile platforms • Liaise with third-party vendors and maintain inventory of physical, virtual, and software assets

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration • Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth • Experience with Office 365 applications and account management • Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune would be considered an asset
