📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert • Master products, demo environment, system architecture, security and implementation requirements, customer needs and the sales process • Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead the solution side of complex and strategic deals • Conduct discovery, demos and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients • Shape proposed solutions around buyer needs • Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos • Explain APIs, file feeds and single sign-on (SSO) integration capabilities within customer architectures • Address security and data-privacy topics • Handle questions and objections and differentiate the product from competitors • Provide expert input on RFPs, security questionnaires and plan design analysis • Contribute to revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality • Create advanced solution collateral and talk tracks with Sales Enablement • Represent market needs to Marketing and Product • Provide input on sales strategy and future product planning • Identify good fits for pilots and new products based on customer system and security landscapes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology • Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders • Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred • Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem • Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers • Ability to create customer-facing collateral addressing product and system concerns in plain language • History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams • Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches • Strong communication skills • Up to 25% travel • Remote candidates must reside in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA or WI
