📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers • Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents • Answer questions about existing insurance policies, coverages, and policy benefits • Make changes to existing policies • Retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation • Work with Jerry's portfolio of 55+ insurance carriers and products

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Passion for helping others • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • A valid P&C license is requested on the application; the posting states Jerry.ai will pay for the license after starting
