📋 Description

• Build multi-channel campaigns across email, paid ads, social, and webinars. • Structure campaigns around the buyer journey: awareness → consideration → decision. • Partner with Sales on precise follow-up sequences to maximize conversion • Own the marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot). • Design nurture tracks to convert prospects not yet ready to buy. • Define and refine scoring models for clean MQL → SQL handoffd • Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, and funnel conversion rates. • Monitor pipeline contribution and campaign ROI with accuracy and transparency. • Provide leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations. • Collaborate with Sales and Client Onboarding to ensure campaigns deliver the right type of leads. • Work with Marketing and Product teams on content, launches, and promotions that fuel demands. • Test and validate new channels (LinkedIn, ABM campaigns, niche communities). • Conduct disciplined A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and email performance. • Scale effective campaigns; eliminate inefficiencies quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and management • Strong aptitude with technology and process adoption. • Proven track record of building lead-gen programs that deliver pipeline • Epertise with CRM & automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) • Strong analytical background — comfortable with CAC, CPL, funnel metrics, campaign ROI • Experience with paid advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, social) • Independent, methodical, and precise — thrives on ownership and measurable results • Experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment highly preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
