• Function as a specialized CAD resource within the client's global CAFM team • Deliver solutions across CAD and CAFM programs, including advanced polylining methodologies • Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of as-built drawings and facilities and real estate space data • Apply space data analytics and performance metrics • Update and maintain CAD documentation of office spaces, furniture layouts, poly-lined drawings, space data, and occupancy data • Update CAD drawings using standard furniture blocks, custom palettes, LISP shortcuts, layer standards, file management standards, and space standards • Create polylines according to BOMA standards, including floor areas and internal space types • Upload and integrate drawing data into the CAFM system • Validate and verify CAD/CAFM space types, identification, and related data • Support quality assurance of space data and participate in internal project review meetings • Manage multiple projects from various sources within defined SLAs and time-bound queues • Support innovative customer solutions and potentially train and develop associates in technical competencies • Conduct site walkthroughs to validate drawing accuracy and space data integrity • Document walkthrough findings, photograph discrepancies, and update CAD files accordingly
• Proficient in AutoCAD for updating architectural as-built and furniture layouts • Proficiency in AutoCAD using palette toolbars, custom palettes, and LISP routines • Understanding of client workplace standards and architectural and furniture plans • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Basic Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and effective data management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing portfolios of projects from multiple sources and prioritizing work within defined SLAs and time-bound queues • Strong attention to detail • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Conflict resolution capabilities • Ability to self-govern and make sound decisions • Commitment to client service • Advanced English level • Degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering, or Architecture with 1–3 years minimum CAD/CAFM technical and project-related experience in a corporate real estate environment (preferred) • Working knowledge of BOMA and OSCRE office space categorization principles (preferred) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Visio, and CAFM/IWMS systems such as Archibus or FMSystems (preferred) • Understanding of Facilities, Real Estate, and Asset Management practices (preferred) • Experience with construction drawings and documents (preferred) • Ability to conduct site walkthroughs to validate drawing accuracy and space data integrity (preferred)
