📋 Description

• Support JLL's Canadian operations in achieving HSE goals and continuously improving HSE culture across property management teams • Identify, eliminate, and control hazardous conditions using HSE standards, best management practices, and analytical techniques • Capture, manage, and report accidents, injuries, environmental incidents, near misses, Good Catches, and other events • Lead or support HSE investigations, analyze causal factors, track corrective actions, and communicate lessons learned • Support the proactive return-to-work program and regulatory compliance • Execute environmental and health and safety program roll-outs, including on-site support, audits, and inspections • Support sites in meeting and exceeding regulatory requirements • Develop and manage HSE management system documentation and records • Support deployment and tracking of employee training requirements • Participate in onboarding new properties and team members and implement HSE requirements during transitions • Review and analyze multi-sourced data and prepare status reports and presentations • Perform gap analyses and audits, identify improvement opportunities, and track non-compliances to closure • Support HSSEQ Americas and Global teams in rolling out compliance and best-practice programs • Support Operations and ESG teams with relevant programs and building certifications such as BOMA Best

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Working knowledge of environmental, safety and occupational health regulations across Canada • Experience managing and mitigating HSE risks related to operations • Rigorous, structured, and analytical mindset • Ability to autonomously manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to extract and clearly communicate key messages to peers and operations teams • Creative problem-solving skills, global thinking, and ability to employ intelligent flexibility with pragmatic solutions • Good verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual French-English preferred • Relevant professional certification(s) a plus
