📋 Description

• Support Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders by optimizing JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert for JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management • Partner with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Lead a team of sourcing professionals delivering strategic sourcing programs supporting client initiatives • Conduct periodic market trend analysis, including supplier-base and industry changes • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in client-ready form • Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs • Support Category Management supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Manage and guide operations teams through RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms and conditions • Establish priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help, and project personnel • Participate in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives • Support Solutions Development (Sales) proposals by building solution models and pricing

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills • Organization skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 8+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
