📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams managing multiple ground-up construction and renovation projects • Manage projects from initiation through design, planning, client approval, permitting, construction, and financial closeout • Maintain accountability for end-to-end project management • Lead architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, and client stakeholders • Provide weekly updates on schedules, risks, budgets, and anticipated cash flow using JLL technology • Develop risk management plans and guide teams through work authorization processes • Support client decision-making with data, recommendations, and risk assessments • Prepare project charters, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports • Manage vendors and ensure compliance with project policies and procedures • Complete formal project closeout within 90 days of completion • Travel up to 60% throughout the designated portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 15–20 years of project management experience covering design and ground-up construction • Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications • Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules • Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred • LEED Certification preferred • PMP Certification preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% throughout the designated portfolio
