📋 Description

• Manage the development and implementation of Motorola Solutions Fixed Video products and services • Coordinate departmental and cross-functional teams delivering new or upgraded Fixed Video products and services • Create, manage, and receive purchase orders • Incorporate MBE/milestones to capture service revenue with Fixed Video Sales and Pre-Sales Business Managers • Manage projects from inception through completion or transition • Track and evaluate project performance with channel partners, sales teams, RSMs, and CSMs • Forecast and regularly update FVIA revenue and cost goals • Participate in pre/post-project reviews and status meetings; communicate project status • Continuously improve FVIA processes and drive efficiencies • Assist with business plans, strategies, and approaches to increase business opportunities • Deliver project objectives within stipulated time and budget while managing quality, cost, and time constraints • Manage large programs or portions of complex programs and project phases • Establish, track, and audit project budgets; analyze variances and develop action plans • Represent the organization in a leadership capacity • Manage project staff, reporting, administration, and communication • Plan projects, set deliverable dates, and track deliverables • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project execution • Manage project scope, objectives, schedules, costs, and changes • Develop project plans and monitor progress • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Report and escalate issues to management as needed • Manage project resources and participate in project reviews • Train team members on software programs as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Management, Public Safety, or Technology • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Deployment, or Product Management • PMP certification • Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal, customer service, account relationship, time management, organizational, and negotiating skills • Ability to prioritize projects and changing priorities • Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and Visio • Ability to work in other software systems as required • Ability to travel as required; travel requirement is 25–50% • Ability to train team members on software programs
