📋 Description

• Design, automate, and scale deployment and operation of enterprise data and analytics platforms • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and source control practices • Administer and optimize GitHub, including migration from Azure DevOps • Implement release management processes and standardize dev, test, and prod environment promotion strategies • Introduce new source control processes for identified gaps • Collaborate with BI, data engineering, and cloud teams to drive automation and improve platform reliability • Contribute to the roadmap for modernizing data platform delivery using Azure DevOps and GitHub • Engage stakeholders to identify challenges and align priorities around data pipeline delivery and deployment automation • Enable scalable CI/CD practices across Microsoft Fabric and Databricks environments • Assess data and CI/CD architecture, data flows, and platform maturity • Design CI/CD pipelines with automated build, test, and deployment processes • Establish source control standards for notebooks, pipelines, reports, and infrastructure-as-code • Implement automated testing frameworks for data pipelines and deployments • Establish release management processes including scheduling, versioning, and environment promotion • Implement governance, quality controls, pipeline gates, and validation processes • Implement monitoring and alerting for CI/CD pipelines and deployments • Document and communicate CI/CD standards and practices and build adoption across teams • Mentor engineers and analysts in CI/CD, Git workflows, and deployment best practices • Maintain and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field • 6 years of Systems, Application, and/or Database platforms administration experience with platforms such as Epic, SQL Server, Tableau, SAS, BusinessObjects, etc. (Required) • Experience architecting data management, analytics, business intelligence, and application integration solutions • Preferred Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field • Preferred CI/CD platform administration and implementation experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks • Experience architecting automated deployment pipelines, data platform integrations, and asset bundle management solutions • Travel required: Never or Rarely
