📋 Description

• Coordinate projects and provide overall status reporting and stability for project-oriented work efforts • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations • Coordinate communication across enterprise areas affecting project scope, budget, risk, and resources • Communicate project scope, timeline, and budget to stakeholders • Support successful project implementation using project management methodologies and processes • Coordinate project resource assignments and allocations • Create project timelines, motivate team members, set milestone targets, and monitor progress • Provide project status updates to stakeholders and leaders • Resolve project issues and discrepancies and escalate to leadership when needed • Gather relevant data and manage project budgets • Report project budget versus actuals • Recommend improvements to PMO processes • Provide cross-training and pursue personal educational growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • In lieu of degree, 9 years of experience in each of Project Management, Vendors, and Healthcare • 5 years of relevant work experience in Project Management required • 5 years of experience with Vendors required • 5 years of Healthcare Industry experience required • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute required within 1.5 years of hire
