📋 Description

• Partner with Field Sales leadership to optimize inventory levels and support growth initiatives • Lead inventory optimization efforts including set balancing, trunk stock reduction, and PAR alignment • Drive asset redeployment initiatives including pullbacks, reallocation, and redistribution of inventory • Analyze inventory and financial data to provide actionable insights • Support new product introductions and field conversions with proper asset allocation • Execute system transactions in SAP or equivalent systems to support asset movement • Manage field support requests and resolve inventory-related issues impacting case coverage • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations • Support development of dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI • Drive change management and adoption of inventory strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field) • 4+ years in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Cross-functional collaboration experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools • Medical device or healthcare experience with Spine business preferred • Inventory optimization or asset management experience preferred • Cross-functional partnership • Data-driven decision making • Continuous improvement mindset • Ownership and accountability • Ability to influence without authority
