📋 Description

• Lead the development and evolution of Boulevard’s reliability vision. • Partner with engineering teams to design, build, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant systems. • Create and maintain production-grade tooling, shared libraries, and services. • Enhance observability stack to enable actionable insights and faster incident resolution. • Define and maintain paved paths and best practices for developers. • Leverage observability data to identify and remediate performance bottlenecks. • Champion automation to streamline operational workflows and build self-service tooling. • Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Security to integrate reliability principles into SDLC. • Act as a technical leader and mentor for engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or backend engineering. • Proven experience defining and delivering reliability outcomes through SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and observability practices. • Strong background in infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and automation (e.g., Terraform, Python, Go). • Experienced in detecting, diagnosing, and mitigating production incidents. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and set technical standards. • Thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
