📋 Description

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business with European enterprises and customer experience leaders across a variety of industries. • Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners to unlock new revenue channels and accelerate enterprise adoption through co-selling and aligned go-to-market initiatives. • Educate clients on how Journee’s Conversational AI Agents enhance sales, service, and retention by delivering 24/7 lifelike customer interactions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, strategy, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for each client’s customer journey and business goals. • Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets. • Represent Journee at industry events, client demos, and innovation workshops - positioning our Human AI technology as a game changer for CX and digital transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in AI, SaaS, or CX. • Track record of consistently over-achieving on quota year in year out. • Passionate about how AI is redefining customer experience, sales, and service. • A strong communicator and storyteller, confident engaging with both creative and technical stakeholders. • Highly organized and proactive - comfortable driving a full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a fast-moving environment. • Based in Europe and fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
