• Own and scale outbound across all clients • Lead AI-driven email, LinkedIn, and nurture campaigns while managing a team and delivering KPI performance • Outbound email + LinkedIn campaigns at scale • AI-driven automation (n8n, Clay, APIs) • Lead lists, deliverability, sending infrastructure KPI performance, testing, and optimization • Team management, training, SOPs
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years outbound + LinkedIn campaigns • Automation tools (n8n, Make, Clay) • Strong cold email + deliverability expertise • Team leadership and coaching experience • Data-driven, systems-oriented mindset • Strong copywriting for outbound • Nice to Have GHL, AI personalization, agency experience
