đź“‹ Description
• Assist in preparation federal and state income tax returns, including corporate and partnership tax preparation • Assist in excel calculation of estimated tax payments and extensions • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data • Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc • Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities • Maintaining accurate financial records • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies • Prepare excel work papers in support of federal and state income tax returns • Reconcile book fixed asset activity (additions, transfer and disposals) to tax depreciation reports for annual tax return compliance and propose adjustments to be made in the tax fixed asset software • Other accounting duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting related positions • Minimum 2 years of US Federal Tax experience is required • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a big plus but not required • Good Excel or Google Sheet skills • Good English communication skills • Willing to work on a shifting schedule or based on business needs
