📋 Description

• Configure and analyze lead extraction and connection campaigns targeting the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) using intelligence tools (Sales Navigator, Dux, etc.), creating outreach workflows to maximize the number of qualified meetings. • Execute active cold calls and source contacts via corporate social networks to schedule the highest possible number of qualified meetings. • Perform preliminary analysis of the company profile and decision-makers to personalize the sales approach. • Conduct lead qualification using research techniques (e.g., SPIN Selling) to provide the closer with strategic information for closing. • Perform continuous follow-up with potential companies to foster a favorable context for conversion. • Keep the internal CRM updated, recording interactions and progress. • Actively manage the meeting calendar (scheduling and confirming in advance), ensuring attendance and punctuality. • Adhere to the prospecting playbooks and workflows defined by management. • Your entire focus is on generating qualified meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, solid experience in outbound cold calling for B2B prospecting. • Previous experience as an SDR or BDR in consultative services prospecting. • Skill in lead qualification and use of data intelligence tools (Sales Navigator, Dux, etc.). • Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese. • Good computer skills, experience with CRM (HubSpot), MS Office, and confidence in remote meetings.
