📋 Description

• Leverage data tools to provide reporting and insights which will further develop company objectives. • Analyze business performance data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across departments. • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to track KPIs on new product development and new business developments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms and data sources. • Support the creation of executive-level presentations and reporting materials. • Develop and run weekly and monthly brand reports to help partnership teams understand trends. • Manage ad-hoc analysis requests and prioritize competing projects based on business impact. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings effectively into clear narratives and recommendations. • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to answer market and competitive questions. • Handle ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (writing, optimizing and troubleshooting complex queries) • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes. • Proven track record of building collaborative relationships across functional areas. • Self-starter with an ability to drive projects from initiation to completion. • Adept at prioritizing work and key projects based on the needs of the team and the business. • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
