📋 Description
• Accurately enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets. • Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats. • Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy retrieval of information. • Assist with administrative tasks related to data management. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred. • Familiarity with databases and office software, particularly Excel, is essential. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Basic math skills are required for performing calculations within spreadsheets. • Experience with pivot tables or other advanced Excel functions is a plus.
