📋 Description

• Develop products and features that make Kin operate • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby on Rails • Deliver stories, tasks, or entire features • Pair program with team members • Participate in daily standups and weekly retrospectives • Collaborate with cross-functional team members • Provide subject matter expertise and support • Work closely with engineering peers in a collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of shipping small to medium size software projects • Proficiency coding in Ruby, Javascript, or Typescript • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment • Fast learner who can bring previous knowledge and continue developing • Location in Central or Eastern time zones (CST & EST) strongly preferred • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Kin is unable to sponsor employment visas • Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the listed eligible U.S. states; technical positions in Canada are limited to residents of Ontario
