📋 Description

• Provide technical support for business applications and systems • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify issues and improvement opportunities • Support business-focused and financial reporting using data to provide relevant insights • Query, analyze, and validate data with SQL • Support data pipelines and data-related processes • Work with Azure technologies in collaboration with the technical team • Investigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues and bugs • Implement basic bug fixes under the guidance of a technical leader • Use Git for version control and collaborate with the development team • Work with XLSX files and spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and validation • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand issues and support resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with SQL • Experience with Git and version control • Experience with Java • Experience working with XLSX files / Excel • Basic understanding of software development and troubleshooting • Ability to analyze problems and investigate issues • Ability to work collaboratively with technical leadership • Good communication skills • Willingness to learn
