📋 Description

• Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions (DACH) • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) • Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team • Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging • Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling • Organized, self-driven, and resilient • Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot • Fluent in German and English (a third language is a plus)
