📋 Description

• Own organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all social media channels • Plan content calendars one week ahead for each brand and platform • Create and publish content daily, including hooks, captions, short-form videos, graphics and stories • Spot trends daily and publish trend content the same day • Repurpose creator and UGC content into organic posts • Manage comments, DMs, Facebook group activity and tagged mentions • Analyze weekly performance data and adjust content strategy • Set KPI targets and report performance every Monday • Collaborate with the Influencers & Partnerships Manager, designer, creator team, Customer Support and founder

🎯 Requirements

• Fully remote, full-time • Native-level written English • 2+ years personally running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand, creating and publishing content yourself • Proof of accounts grown and measurable results achieved • Ability to run two brands across every social channel and tailor content to each platform • Ability to build clean, on-brand graphics and stories in Canva, Figma or similar • Ability to write scroll-stopping hooks and captions and shoot and edit short-form video • Daily use of TikTok and Instagram and ability to spot trends before they peak • Ability to analyze saves, shares, reach and engagement and adapt content accordingly • Time-zone overlap with the US and Canada • Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed • Excellent cultural fit aligned with the company's values • Passion for scaling the company and working closely with the founder • Pet, home or wellness brand experience is a bonus • Experience working with creators or UGC is a bonus
