• Knix is an intimate apparel and activewear brand re-inventing intimates for real life; reaches over 3 million customers via online, retail, wholesale and Amazon channels • Lead, scale, and optimize Knix’s wholesale channel across North America, particularly the U.S. market • Build and execute a comprehensive wholesale growth strategy with U.S. and Canadian retail partners, specialty stores, and e-commerce platforms • Leverage and cultivate relationships with key buyers, executives, and decision-makers to secure high-value partnerships • Drive double-digit revenue growth through targeted account acquisition, assortment optimization, and co-marketing while protecting brand integrity • Manage and mentor a small, high-performing wholesale team; oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional programs • Monitor sell-through, inventory health, and account profitability; adjust strategies to optimize results • Oversee distributor relationships and collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing for flawless product delivery and forecasting • Monitor market trends and design systems, processes, and best practices to sustainably grow an eight-figure wholesale business
• 10+ years in wholesale leadership, with proven success scaling an eight-figure wholesale business in the U.S. market • Deep relationships with major U.S. retailers and specialty partners • Exceptional leadership skills building, motivating, and scaling small, high-performing teams • Proven ability to deliver sustained revenue growth while managing profitability and operational efficiency • Mastery of wholesale sales cycles, account management, contract negotiation, and distribution partner management • Comfortable shaping high-level strategy while executing tactically in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Alignment with Knix’s commitment to inclusivity, empowerment, and innovation
